Message: I actually live in St. Augustine and made an appointment at this location out of convenience because I work here in Macclenny. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Poveda is hands down the most down to earth Eye Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. When she came into the Exam room conversation started flowing and I almost forgot what I was there for. Very down to earth person and the service was great. When it came time to pay there was an issue with my insurance provider but they still handled everything very professionally. I would Highly recommend Baker Vision Care to anyone who is looking for a professional, family friendly environment. Great service and selection of frames too! I walked into the Walmart down the road and walked right out because of the lack of service and attention. At the end of the day it worked out because I ended up here.
